I am in Norwalk CA and looking to sell my valuable coin
A:It's only a golden color. The coin is actually manganese brass, and a face value circulating currency coin. It was issued in 2007. Look along the edge for the date. Your only chance of it being valuable is if the 'E Pluribus Unum' and 'In God We Trust' do NOT appear along the edge. Such a coin is called a 'missing edge lettering' error, and Jefferson errors are rare. If you have one, it could be worth a nice chunk.
